Want to meet or get in contact with other Dysautonomia patients in your area?  Just fill out the form below and include your name, email address, city/state and which Dysautonomia conditions you have been diagnosed with.  You will receive a monthly email containing the names, email addresses and cities of other patients in your area.

None of your information is displayed here on site and any emails you receive for the program will be from tdc_webmaster@live.com with the title of “TDC Meet Others Program”.

Always use caution when dealing with people who are new to you and do not share personal information with anyone before you get to know them well enough.  If you arrange any in person events you should always take a friend along until you are sure that you are safe meeting alone with any individual.  The safety of our members is always our top priority.
